When your client needs medical care, you can fill out an application here.

We will review your application and contact you within 24 hours to schedule the patient referred. In most cases an initial medical consult will be done, and the patient will continue with physical therapy and chiropractic care. Appropriate Medications can be written to manage the patient’s pain and comply with physical therapy. If a need is identified for more specialize care then the appropriate referral will be made to one of our specialists physicians.

Once the client has recovered and the medical care is completed, Focus Medical Solutions will furnish the attorney with the patient’s complete set of medical records and medical bills from all of our physicians.
